Nature offers the best reset
Private immersion designed around recovery.
What is it?
Through walking, breathing, scent and body-based practices, we create distance from everyday demands and support a shift toward recovery.
Each immersion is tailored to the person, place and conditions — from a few hours in the mountains to a multi-day experience.
Not a hike or a retreat from life.
Just a different environment for recovery.
The objective is simple:
-Create the conditions for recovery,
-Observe what changes,
-Bring what matters back into everyday life.
Where do I take you?
Wild nature paired with five-star mountain hospitality and cheese workshop at a family farm
Remote. Rustic. Deeply immersed.
Forest, vineyards, lavender and riverside recovery across a 400-hectare luxurious estate in the south of France.
who it’s for
People who are still functioning but no longer recovering the way they used to.
You run at high intensity and you don’t want to run at less.
You sleep and it doesn’t return what it used to return.
You’ve noticed that the tiredness has stopped being about the week you just had.
You don’t need to be fit.
If you can walk two hours at an easy pace, you can do this.
We go slowly and we stop often
‘It was an intense and mind opening experience but also fun and enjoyable!
Thank you Pierre for your Kindness and professionalism.’
Fabrizio Vitti, 2026
‘His experience with Pierre and the Nature Immersion session was the highlight of the week. He described Pierre as having a unique ability to connect with nature.
George Guest at Clinique La prairie, 2026
The nature immersion consistently emerged as the emotional peak of the week and every one of them spoke of the guide’s rare ability to make you stop, look, and actually feel where you are.
Guests at Clinique la Prairie, 2026
‘This experience was amazing, I feel like I gained new knowledge, trust and
a fresh little rebirth, exactly what is needed in everyday busy lives. Thank you’

Q: What’s the difference between summer and winter expeditions?
A: Summer = Camping, warmer, longer days, gentler introduction, more accessible. Winter = Lodge-based, colder, shorter days, more intense, deeper silence, for those ready for challenge.
Q: I’m not in great shape. Can I do this?
A: If you can walk 2 hours daily at a gentle pace, you can do this. We move slowly. We rest often. This isn’t about fitness, it’s about willingness.
Q: What if weather is bad?
A: We go regardless (unless dangerous). Rain, snow, cold, we have gear and adapt. Wilderness in challenging conditions is part of the experience.
Q: Will I have phone/internet access?
A: No. There is generally no or very little connection where we are going. Emergency contact available through Pierre’s beacon. This is a complete disconnection.
Q: Can I bring a friend/partner?
A: Yes, if there’s space and they complete the application. But groups max at 4, we might not be able to accommodate you together if spots are limited.
Q: What if I’m the only person signed up?
Expeditions require at least 2 participants. If you prefer a solo immersion, we’re happy to design a bespoke experience, just get in touch.
Q: Do I need special equipment?
A: No. We provide everything except personal clothing. Detailed packing list sent upon booking.
Q: What about food preferences/allergies?
A: We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergies. Discuss in application.
Q: Can I do this expedition and then start the full program later?
A: Absolutely. You get full credit toward the 6-month journey. Many people do expedition first, then realize they want the complete experience.
Q: How is this different from other wilderness retreats?
A: This isn’t a retreat. We use wilderness as a tool for deep recovery, not just relaxation or inspiration. The combination of nature immersion, movement, breathing practices, and complete disconnection creates conditions that support your body’s natural capacity to reset. Most wellness retreats offer escape. We offer a structure for lasting change.
